Los Charros Mexican Restaurant

"Went here tonight for my daughter’s birthday and I can honestly say that we will never return! The service received was absolutely horrible! The waiter was nice but lied. Then the manager lied to back the waiter and food. We all ordered a 10 piece wing (40 wings total). All our wings were perfect except for my husbands. He told the waiter his wings were extremely salty and the waiter agreed that maybe the kitchen staff sprinkled too much. He advised that he would have them remake them. My husband said just give me mild sauce to be safe. Because if the wings are salty again I will send them back again. The waiter said ok cool. They gave my husband the exact same wings with mild sauce on them. We knew it because they came out in like 5 minutes (it takes about 15 minutes for a fresh order of wings). My husband asked if they were the same wings and the waiter said no. We counted and my husband only had 9 wings instead of the 10 (he had already bit into 1). Plus he had the deformed wing that we thought was a drum (my husband had pointed the wing out to the waiter and the waiter had picked the wing up to show us that it was a deformed flat). The manager came to our table and told us the kitchen said we do this all the time and not to order lemon pepper again. I told her that was not true because the kitchen had never met us. Plus I usually order fajitas and my husband usually order steak tacos. So I knew it was her talking. She said the lemon pepper wings are always salty and to not order them again. We asked for our bill and advised that we would not be returning. She discounted the wings off making it seem like we just wanted them for free. It was a total lie and we told her to leave the wings on. We never wanted her to take them off of our bill. We only desired to have them remade. The service here has become horrible. We spend a ton of money here and ALWAYS tip very well. We will always LOVE Diana but will never return to patronize this restaurant. I wish I could give a 0/5 after tonight’s visit."

"Ordered takeout of two Fajita Steak Taco salads. The menu stated sautéed onions and peppers and with steak on a taco shell bowl. The onions and peppers were not sautéed and raw and just a few pieces. There was about 4 to 5 very tiny pieces of steak and it was 95% Lettuce with a little sour cream. They charged us almost $12 each and it was not worth $3. Extremely disappointed and will not be going back."

"Horrible experience. The music was entirely too loud. I couldn't even hear myself think. I couldn't carry on a conversation with my date. The food wasn't good. Definitely will not be returning."

"First time here and I am SUPER impressed. We have had a hard time finding a good Mexican restaurant since we moved here almost 2 years ago but this place is AMAZING! Great food. Big portions. Great service. Only complaint is that their draft beer is a little expensive. Will definitely be back."

"Service was good. We had the San Jose quesadilla. It was tasty and different compared to a regular quesadilla. Server Erica was nice and attentive. This is our second time both times satisfying. The venue was clean."
