"They had me in and out in an hour and a half on a live unload. Well done. Backing is tricky, either blindside or a tight U-turn to set up right."
"Was unaware of the check in procedure here all I was told was I would have to leave and call for door assignment. After 30 minutes I couldn’t get ahold of anyone I came back. That’s when the rest of it was explained to me. I asked what the point of having an appointment was if there’s no set start time. That’s when the guy at the check in building came out of the building cussing me out and threatening me. My first and only experience with this location tells me it’s run very poorly and has low standards for their employees."
"The only good thing to say about this place is leaving it felt Grrreeeaaaaat! The front gate security guy was nice. The office staff were unpleasant, unfair, and cannot handle the delivery volume. The unreasonable wait, and lack of parking for trucks should be a Federal crime!"
"This place has a kind of messed up check-in procedure, which is why I took a star away. They don't start receiving until midnight. When you turn on to their road, there are signs that say no parking or standing. Part of their check-in process requires you to park on that road and wait. There will probably already be trucks parked in the center lane when you get there. You have to go past them and turn in and go to the guard shack. The guard will give you a piece of paper that you have to fill out with a phone number on it that you need to start calling at midnight. You then have to go back out and park on the street and wait until you get through to them, and they tell you a dock number to come back in and park at. I really dislike it when companies force me to put myself in a position to get a citation as part of their check-in process. Other than that it's a really nice facility. They do have a restroom for the drivers, and the backing is really easy. I only had a partial load for them, but they were so quick that I didn't even know they had me unloaded."
"Good experience. No overnight parking. Call an hour before your appointment. Park at I-85 ramp. Wait for their instructions. Go to security at entrance give him you documents fill-out your information. Receiving office is nearby dock 1."
