"Wished i could give negative all across the board. It dosen't takes an education or training to take an order through drive-thru. Today date 2/12/24 time 5:10pm. The drive-thru employee was awful rude rachet and very ignorant in nice terms. I wouldn't let this person work for me sewage company. The disrespectful behavior is sad that these employees give and allowed to give customers is terrible. Speaking to management does nothing because they're listening and allowing it instead of correcting it and dismissing the employee. But when you match there energy then that's when you the bad person. This place needs a major change in management and entire staff. I would eat here again if it was free."

"Purchased chicken tenders and a 3 piece chicken combo. Received what seemed like day old reheated chicken. Biscuits could be used as a weapon how hard they were. Had to drive 15 minutes back here and told by a rude worker “we don’t give refunds so what would you like?” I told her we need a new freshly made order. She then returns to say “we don’t have anymore chicken tenders” I told her this is all I eat from here so… which she proceeds to say “we don’t do refunds.” This is the most unprofessional, nasty KFC I’ve been to. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money or energy on this place. In the end they are trying to make me order something else and refusing to give me my money back."

"Nastiest place that could possibly be open as a restaurant. I walked in the open front door to go to the restroom. First one is out of order. The other one is so hideous it will make you lose your appetite. Then I come back to the counter and I told them how nasty it was, and lady said our lobby is not even supposed to be Open … like blame me for walking in an open door??? Then doesn’t even offer to take an order. Why bother. If they approach their food prep as they do, their cleanliness , You should value your life more, and go elsewhere!"

"I went today and asked the price of a 2 piece chicken only. I was asked to drive around for my total; when I get to the window I was informed that it would be cheaper to get the meal so proceed with the meal order. The shift manager comes to the window and ring me up for the chicken only, the cashier proceeds tells me how it was completed when I asked for my drink. I informed them that wasn't what I agreed to, the cashier proceeds to get me a drink and side when the manager decides to come over and attempt to ring me up for the side and drink separately. I tell them no and to just refund me because at this point the manager is rude and I can take my business elsewhere. She points to the sign that says they don't give refunds and asks me to pull around to discuss. From beginning to end this location was simply rude."

"So, I decided to give this KFC a try for the first time. When I entered, the manager informed me that they were only accepting orders through the drive-through. I followed their instructions and made my order there. Opting for the eight piece, I went for the hot and spicy chicken wings. Let me tell you, they were incredibly fresh and hot, almost as if they had just come out of the fryer. The wings had a nice medium heat to them, not too overwhelming. If you enjoy your wings extra crispy, these would be right up your alley. Plus, I must mention that the size of these wings was really satisfying - definitely not those tiny baby wings."
