"This manger was so rude told me he wasn't gone repeat my order at the box told me he He got it Don't worry about it When I got to the window he locked the window told me he wasn't going to serve me was going to call the police on me serve customers behind me through another window had an attitude from the time I pulled up to order my order at the box before I got to the window all we asked him was to repeat the order at the window to make sure the order was right cause we had a lot to order at 12:30am an he told us he wasn't gone serve an didn't all cause we asked for our order to be repeat it this is y'all mangers late night he is kot fit for the job he sucks nonpwople skills no customer service representative skills"

"THE CRUNCHWRAP IS A GREAT COMBO THIS IS A FANTASTIC PLACE. THERE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS THE CRUNCHWRAP WAS BROWNED WELL AND TASTED VERY GOOD. THE 5 LAYER was fat and had a lot of cheese. THE DRINKS SYRUP WERE SWEET AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB GETING ALL OF THEM OUT QUOCK FOR US. Great Staff."

"Buyer Beware! Customer Service and Food is Horrible! This is my worst experience at a Taco Bell. I purchased the rolled chicken taco box as well as two additional rolled chicken tacos. The rolled tacos were so overcooked that the chicken inside was burnt to a crisp and literally looked like a link sausage. They also were drenched in grease. I immediately attempted to reach someone at the store over 5 times and kept receiving a full voicemail message. I finally drove back to the store after my meal was ruined as a result of the burnt/overcooked food. In addition to the horrible food, the bag that they put the rolled tacos had grease rolling down on both sides. To my surprise, the person who identified himself as the manager, was argumentative with me about the rolled tacos. I would have been satisfied had they agreed to make my food right instead of trying to shove horrible food down my throat. That was a simple fix to make the customer happy. The only conclusion that I can draw from my experience there is that they don't care about providing quality food, customer service, or customer satisfaction. No one answers the phone for extended periods of time and the voicemail is full which indicates that it is not answered. I made several attempts to reach the manager the following day but the voicemail continued to be full. Compared to other Taco Bells that I have visited, this one ranks at the bottom of the barrel. I wasted my hard earned money and ruined my appetite."

"Just came through the drive through, and had two chicken Tacos. Have had many of these, never a problem until today. The meat was black and gray, and smelled HORRIBLE. How can anyone see that and put it together?!?!? Not to mention who ever put this together touched this nasty chicken, then touched everyone else's food. It was horrendous. I called the store and the guy managers response was that they have been selling it all day and had no problems or complaints, Probably because anyone who ate this putrid rotten meat probably died before they could complain. But he offered to come and they will replace it, but if whatever cook they had actually let this nasty meat get sent out, that means this nasty meant came into contact with everything in that kitchen. No thanks buddy, you can keep my $6. A couple of weeks prior to this, I went there in the morning and got a breakfast crunch wrap and there was a piece of blue glove inside the tortilla. The lady manager had on the same color shredded gloves but was cool and offered a new one. Mistakes happen, so cool. But this taco issue was just way too much. Been going to this location for years because they were the best, and they have gotten progressively worse. I actually pass another taco bell on the way to this one. Will not be coming here again."
