"I have been here before with everything being great. I had just spent 6 hours at the hospital. It was midnight and I was hungry. While the server I had was adequate, The cook and other server was not. The cook needs serious retraining on how to cook eggs and following the ticket instructions. The cook and other server need training on how to present themselves. Their attire suggests they had just been hired off the street. When asked how was it, I gave the server a less than enthusiastic, "fine". I ate and quickly left."
"This is a review based on our service on 12/17. We were acknowledged when we came in, said that we were to be sat soon. We waited patiently as we saw a space open up. The same lady that acknowledged us was texting on her phone while we waited 10 minutes patiently. Never gave us any bother after that.. we watched another customer come in and take our spot. Nothing was said and we were ignored. We won’t go here again."
"My daughter wanted Waffle House after practice. I pulled up, and all of a sudden, the lady got up to pull the drawer from the register. The other employee went to the back and grabbed his backpack. He paced back and forth and kept staring into my car as if he didn't want anyone to come in. There were two cars in the lot. Uncomfortable and unwelcoming. We went to the other location!"
"Employee name cj is horrible and rude, she talked to her employee with no respect while training him on the cash register. I felt so bad for him. Xavier was very pleasant despite him not being helped and trained properly. Due to the lack of help, i received my food very late. Unacceptable. This location need to do better"
