I was denied utensils that were needed to eat my food and I was called outside of my name by staff I have been trying to reach customer service to no avail, please save yourself some trouble and do not dine here."
"I drove over 30 minutes bc this location is the closest. I ordered a fish combo only to get home and find that I was given chicken. On top of that, I didn't get my drink. I was too far away before I realized I didn't have my drink. I need for the drive thru worker to focus, listen, and repeat the order to ensure it's correct."
