"Best damn burger I’ve had in years. Everything on their menu was ridiculously good. The kale/brussel sprout appetizer & Mac and cheese bites, The house red snapper special, the Chicago burger and the black stone burger were all MOUTH WATERING and so flavorful and juicy. I’m seriously so impressed by the food- I can’t wait to go back and try other things!! The music was also great- 2000s grunge vibes, nice for a somewhat casual dinner and drinks or a heavy lunch. Seriously- get a burger !"

"Was recommended by our B&B and can see why. Chose to go between lunch and dinner as I heard there could be a wait due to small seating area and it was not busy during our visit. Quick service , well priced drinks and burgers to come back for. The chili was an afterthought when we ordered and so happy we didn’t miss it. Perfectly flavored with a touch of heat and sweetness that made me continue eating it even after I was full! Great dining experience and for a busy tourist town - well priced and great options."

"Spirits Tavern in Dahlonega, Ga. A great atmosphere of light music with low tables and high tops and a nice bar area. A nice selection of beer on tap, mixed drinks and also a groovy Bloody Mary bar. The food is a selection of burgers, hotdogs and unique and different choices of sides like tater tots, fried mac n cheese and fried green beans. We had the Laveau Voodoo Burger and the Bleusion Burger. Both were fantastic! We also tried the Mac n Cheese Bites. They were pretty tasty along with a dipping sauce (we asked for on the side, not drizzled). The All Our Cheeses Grilled Cheese was also a twisted treat. It had White American, Swiss, Pepper Jack and Gouda on Sourdough bread; very good!!! The Bloody Mary was good and had 10 different additions on the Bloody Mary bar. Our server, Kenana, was also fantastic. She was professional, prompt and shared her thoughts about each of the selections we made. Kenana kept a smile and our glasses full. When visiting here, you should definitely ask for Kenana!! What a gem of a person and a great place to have some tasty food while in Dahlonega!"

"Stopped by to watch some Sunday NFL and it was great. They have 1 TV at the bar but it's angled so anyone sitting at the bar can watch. Spirits has about 12-15 burger/chicken sandwich options and all looked fantastic. My burger was huge and cooked perfectly (medium rare), the buns were fresh, and the tots were crispy. The bartender was a super friendly guy and was on top of things. Prices were very fair for the portions and service. Will definitely be back!"
