"Place order in drive through for fries with no saltgot bag with cold salted fries in. It went inside store to remedy problem at which pointgentlemen working the friar took fries old fries out of the bin. Put them in a basket and attempted to recook them to pass them off as no salt fries. They could not understand I wanted fries cooked with no salt added to them ever. I have come to this Wendy's 3 times and not once has the drive through successfully gotten an order correct. I've always had to go back into the restaurant. And when you pay over ten dollars for a fast food meal , you expect decent quality food."

"After the remodel, I can say without a doubt that this place has improved immensely. The quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff is, in my opinion, the main driving factor for this company's recent success. I look forward to dining with them again."
"Who manages this place? The food was good and the lady in the drive thru was a total sweetheart. I have no complaints on the hourly staff. My complaints concern things that a store manager should be handling. The prices listed on the drive thru are NOT updated prices. And the sweet lady at the window wasn't able to scan my phone for me to earn my rewards bc their system isn't working or even hooked up. The store looks great since the remodel. They looked to be staffed accordingly. Which is awesome compared to before the remodel. I just think whomever is in charge and making the big bucks could do better. The minimum wage employees are doing great. Thank yall for your hard work."
"No carbonation in the drinks, the sweet tea was not sweet at all, they completely forgot a sandwich so we had to go back and ask for it, when we got hone every item we ordered was made the wrong way, and it all tasted horrible. None of it was fresh. I will never be back to this location. Dawsonville Wendy's, do better. This was just disgusting all around."
