Zesto - East Atlanta

"I sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes I watched this young lady play in another young girl hair for 15 minutes. She comes through her hair, twisted and pulled it up while I’m waiting to place my order. She finally comes to the window it says I didn’t know you was right here. What can I get for you , I placed my order they close the window. The young girl comes back to the window hand me a drink with no straw. I wait another 15 minutes. The young lady who is just got done playing in the other little girls hair hands me a balled up bag with my food and closes the window. There’s no napkins there’s no salt but there’s 17 packs of ketchup and that’s it. My food was hot, the meat was gritty. I will never eat at this place again I have no idea what kind of meat it is didn’t taste like beef at all. after she closed the window and I waited an additional 10 minutes for salt and napkins. I had to go inside, which was another five minute wait to get salt. I did call and I was hung up on both times the service, the food, the atmosphere trash..obviously the management didn’t care"

"We decided to try going somewhere out from where we were staying, so we choose Zesto's. We weren't disappointed. The food was cooked on order. So it was nice and hot when we received it. The staff busy, but friendly. And there was no excessive wait, as we came during the lunch time rush. The food was cooked as expected and the taste was good as well. We will return and recommend as well."

"Tenders had no flavor and the onion rings were burnt. Horrible for a first impression. Drive thru service was excellent."

"This was our first time eating at Zesto. I order the Cheeseburger; I thought the hamburger meat would be bigger than this. It was a little burnt around the edges (I’m not sure if that’s their trademark) but the bun was fresh and the food is cooked to order. My husband ordered the Fish Filet Sandwich combo he stated: “It’s good and fresh, I wish they would have had Romaine Lettuce on it.” My opinion is that Zesto is overpriced for the portion size ($16.79). I left still hungry. But I must say; the lobby and bathrooms where clean, and they have good customer service."

"My wife and I came here for the very first time today on March 31, 2022 around noon (very first visit to a Zesto, ever) and we were pleasantly surprised. Since we were not familiar with the menu we thought we would both try something different than each other. I had the steak burger with a side of fried okra and a coke. The burger was really good, of course it was more of a hamburger/steak patty but it was a decent size and the meat definitely taster better than your average hamburger. The fried okra were large and fried to perfection, not too greasy or overcooked. The coke was pretty flat. My wife had the gyro wrap, that was excellent. The meat was perfect, with tomatoes and Zestos tzatziki sauce, really great flavor. The lady at the drive-thru was not the most pleasant human I have met in my life but she was not downright rude, just impolite. The prices are a little higher than most fast food burger-type joints but the food also tasted better than most. Will return and try other dishes."
