"I love them and fresh all the time. Wait, I didn't have one bad experience, but it wasn't that bad it was a bake potato it could have been fresher."
"The food is obviously greasy, which I'm okay in this situation, but the food I got was filled with deep fryer bits. I ordered fish, fries, and shrimp combo, but I got more flakes from the deep fryer than I did everything else. Customer service was great, though. The employee was nice and recommended other options as a replacement for the shrimp they didn't have. Overall, I'll come back, and I know what to expect when I order fried options"
"I love this place. The food is above average for fast food and the service is usually good. All of their stores could use a modern remodel But as long as they keep making good food I won't hold it against them."
"Food wasn’t up to my standards. Stuff crabs were hard and broccoli looked like it had been cooked on a grill. Also I didn’t get any tartar sauce for my fish. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone."
"Was in the area and decided to stop by Captain Ds. I personally feel the prices are super high. That's how it is everywhere nowadays. I got a 4 peice meal with 2 pieces of fish added on. 8 pieces is 30 bucks. 6 peice meal cost me 17. Sad but true. The fish , fries, and coleslaw were fresh and delicious. I was coming in from the city and rerouted to Captain Ds for the craving. It was a decent visit. Staffing was good, and everyone seemed happy to be at work."
