"I place online orders and wait a while to give them time to prepare them. Each time I arrive I still have to wait for preparation. Ordering ahead is the purpose of not having to wait...could you please make the orders ahead !!"

"This is the closest fast food restaurant to my house ever since it opened. I only eat there maybe once a year when I forget how bad the service is and need a reminder. Employee's just don't care. Apparently management doesn't either. Finally writing this review after a 0 of 10 type experience where nearly everything was wrong on my order. Go to the McDonald's next door."
"I complained that the French fries were getting cold sitting on the serving tray awaiting the mushroom burger...which wasn't even getting prepared just yet. After pointing that out to them, the server replaced the fries with OTHER cold fries, I said no to this, so she made fresh fries, but I was practically finished with my meal before they arrived, a disappointing $10 fast food experience."
"Stopped by Hardee's because I heard they had excellent breakfast and also that they opened early enough to get breakfast and would be able to get to work. Website states 5 AM however when I arrived at 5:18 all lights were off and the employee stated she was not opening for another 30 to 45 minutes. If your establishment is not properly staffed please adjust hours on company website. Also when looking at reviews it amazes me to see the selective reviews in which has a reply. Word of advice Management, consistency and proper schedule forecasting is imperative when running a business."
