"The person that was there on New Year’s Day didn’t want to work. I asked for a burger with no bun. She said I don’t have anything to put. Huh? I also asked for fruit punch we don’t have that. Okay, so I asked can you tell me what juice that you do have? It’s on the menu."
"This is specifically a review of the new BK Melts burger. I went thru the drive thru so it is hard to judge restaurant cleanliness and such. That said.... hey employees, take my order however I choose to give it and be happy you are working. Don't sigh or complain because I did not give you a coupon code up front.... maybe I didn't know I was going to use it. So I have been all about the Bacon King as of late but decided to try the new bacon melt. It was a very good burger with great zingy flavor and plenty of meat. I used some bbq for dipping and it was that much better. It came to $11.50 with a large combo. I will def order the BK Bacon Melt Burger again soon."
"I had one good visit when I moved here. Food was good and I've been back twice since and has been worse than any fast food. How did it get so bad so quick? Two visits back had a practically RAW whopper. Took a bite and immediately opened up the burger and took it to the counter. They were shocked too. Can the cook see!? Asked for a fish sangwhich instead and it was dry and hard like a puck. I left. Tried last night thinking it was an off night that time it was raw. Fish sandwich was dry and hard again. They should have to throw it out if it's been sitting in a warming drawer for hours. Get it together. People want to like this BK."
"Clean restaurant. Food was great. I ordered 2 chicken and cheese croissants. Best damn thing from any fast food place for breakfast. One was good one was bad and they replaced it immediately and apologized. I said most burger kings don't do the chicken and cheese and he said they are just lazy. Our motto is Have it your way. I really appreciate that. BK has been my favorite breakfast and this hickory flat location is killing it."
"Earlier tonight, I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at Burger King. The cashier, Lori, was both nice and thoughtful as she gave me extra Ketchup without me even asking for it. The food was fresh and delicious. Compared to my abysmal experience at McDonald's the previous night, Burger King treated me right. There is no competition; McDonald's should pack up and call it quits, because this restaurant is truly the King of Burgers!"
