"Very clean restaurant with great friendly service. Burger was solid and filling, definitely the best part of the meal. The only thing preventing a higher score is that the overall meal cost was a bit high with a total just shy of $16 (I did upgrade the side and drink, however). The concrete I got seemed not worth the upgrade, the hot fudge wasn’t noticeable and the brownies were meh. Cheesecurds were good and you actually get a lot which is appreciated. Would come back and get a normal meal, seems like the price would be more justified."
"I've eaten at this Culver's 3 times a week on average since they opened. Recently they've forgotten to put my (paid for) marinara in the bag 3 different times. I let it slide the first couple of times. Last night I picked up a to go order for the family ($53). I got home to find the marinara missing again and the cheese curds were luke warm at best. I ate a few and they just weren't good without being warm and no marinara. I took the remaining curds along with my receipt back today and explained the above. I asked for the money back on the curds and the marinara. The manager explained that since I didn't call last night that there was nothing she could do. I asked if she could at least give me free marinara and curds on my next visit and she again said no. It's unbelievable to me that they'd throw away a long term repeat customer over one cheese curds and a $.50 marinara. Maybe there's someone out there that is trying to scam them out of that but it's principle to me after 3 mistakes in as many months. Please don't respond to this with "it's corporate policy". Common sense business practices should trump corporate policy every time. The Hickory Flat Culver's just lost approximately $70 a week from this once loyal customer."
"Grandkids said food was just okay. The chicken on my salad was not fresh. I wouldnt get it again. The custard was good. The service could be more friendly and able to answer simple questions about the food they are serving."
"Everyone else’s food looked and tasted better than mine. My deluxe butter burger didn’t taste fresh. A lot of the fries tasted old & some burned like they had been sitting under a light for a long time. Culver’s is known for fresh good tasting food. Today was just ok. This wasn’t the case at this location."
