"This place was hard enough to get through before they did construction, yet they’ve seemed to made it worse. I go there a lot because it’s the closest to me, but now that they’ve added “mobile” only lane I probably won’t go very often. My guess is that they’re trying to reduce staffing by making customers do the job that the staff normally does taking orders. It’s sad. Food was consistent, and I did like the staff. Disappointed in the “remodel”. You can see a typical trip in the pics below. The mobile lane has very few cars ever and the drive thru is always backed up causing traffic issues for people trying to turn. It’s a complete nightmare and major disappointment. If I could have it my way, they would bring back the pimento cheese sandwich and please stop giving me a drink carrier for two drinks. Seems like such a waste of cardboard, plus doesn’t travel well."

"Love the food here. I will say the new set up to the drive through is not so convenient. I think if there was a big push for people to do mobile thru orders it would get better. The flow of traffic through the parking lot is horrible. This is not the fault of the employees though. Keep up the great work."

"Staff does not care about customers or their safety. Cross walk is continually blocked by signage, employees taking orders in drive thru, etc... I tried to cross the cross walk for 15 minutes, employees staring at me instead of helping or stopping the cross walk from being blocked. Once I did make it inside; girls at the counter were more worried about taking selfies and making plans together than taking customers orders. These have been constant issues, and when I voiced ny concerns to management, I was offered a card for a free sandwich. This place is a joke and obviously does not care what happens to people."

"The drive through was completely backed up, it was cold out and I had only my socks on of course because I originally was going through the drive through. I parked and quickly ran into the store in my socks and short sleeve shirt. When I got there I was quickly greeted by a very nice and polite person. She took my order and we both talked about how horribly expensive everything has become in this country. In no time at all I had my order and was running out the door in my socks but with a smile! They are all so professional and friendly every time I go there!"
