"This was an online order and pickup up Inside. Not the restaurants fault but someone had taken my order on accident I suppose. They quickly remade my order and had me on my way. Over all the restaurant is good and has good food."

"The food is just not on point. Needs to be fresh not sitting around. French fries have like a 7 minute window before they are inedible by the way guys. Arby's and every other food place it seems need to get that through their thick skulls. Don't serve me your old past throw out time product when I'm paying and I ask for fresh."
"There are No potato cakes on the menu, arguably the best item on Arby’s menu ever & getting rid of them was a colossal mistake. I got the hush puppy-breaded fish & they may as well have served those separately; the breading fell off the fish in tiny pieces, so it all had to be eaten with a fork or spoon. The drive thru employee was very rude demanding to know how much we were going to donate but never told us what charity or that they were even taking donations. Perhaps Arby’s isn’t & he just wants help with a car payment. Who knows."
"I was there with my husband. I checked the menu online before to be prepared. I asked for the gyro meal that the old lady had difficulty to understand what I was saying. I repeated several times. Then she asked an other lady that she understood right away and they said that was not on their menu. Then I orders whatever they had and we set down. Someone bought both of the meals in one plate and just threw it there and left. One of us had to put its meal on the table. The potatoes were burned and the sandwiches for pigs. No utensils on the serving counter, I had to go on the front and ask someone to bring me some from the rear. They treat you like a pig and it is like they are doing a favor to you to give you food that they charge you so high for it. I will never visit any Arby’s again in my life."
