"This is the worst KFC on the South side. Whether you walk in, drive thru or use a delivery app, your order will always be incomplete or totally wrong. Today I used the grubhub app. Got my food and there was an item missing. I wasn't even surprised. I have gone through the drive thru and had to walk inside. I have gone in to order and still received the incorrect order. At this point I do not blame the crew. They are usually pretty friendly. I blame the GM and the owner. They don't care about quality of service. The store is always unkempt and the food quality is sub par. Today was my last time patronizing this location. It's just not worth my money."

"This was one of the 6 nuggets that came with my meal. The staff is incompetent and rude. They are either out of half of the food they sell or won’t take your order in the drive through… they ask you to come inside. Do better. Get better staff. I keep coming back in hopes that you will do better but you do worse every time."

"Came in for a pick up order. Manager at the register did not acknowledge me or speak. I asked if there was a pickup order ready for said person and nobody said anything. There were 5 employees in the store that I can see. The woman named Michelle, then walked to the back of the store. I am the only customer here. After a few moments, the lady from the drive thru, came and helped me and got my order together. Very slow and rude service, very unprofessional if that first lady was a manager."

"When I was a kid, KFC used to be good but every now and again when I grab some chicken from there it don't be up to par...to the point I refrained from buying it for a few years. Fast forward...me n hubby thirsty, and they are the only quick bite that take tap pay on this day. We ordered the spicy wing combos...it was so good. No slime or red stuff or greasy or stale fries. Everything was fresh and tasted like it used to taste back in the day. I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean too. No dirty bathrooms or tables. These folks were very proactive with keeping the restaurant clean. Customer service was ok. Not rude or anything"
