"I just waited 10 minutes in line while the worker was cleaning, I didn’t mind until more people came and the worker finally told me I was standing too far away from the counter (I was leaning on the rail bc I’m disabled and couldn’t keep holding myself up) just to be told they don’t even have what I wanted. "Placed an online order. Arrived 15 later. My boyfriend placed the order. I said it would be under J or S. They said they didn’t have it. I asked if was the Morrow location address 2058, and the lady said no and sent me to another location. Yeah, she was wrong and I had to come back. She did have my order the whole time.. it was already made. I literally don’t know why she just didn’t give me my food. Sandwiches were good though."
"I usually have no problems at this Subway but the last two times I’ve placed an order through the app the sandwiches have not been ready. Please chat with your team members on the importance of making sure the order is made on time to meet the specific pick up time. They are not making it a priority and even when I come into the store they made my order after the people in line. Receiving my order 15 to 30mins after my guaranteed pick up time is unacceptable"
