"I remember the food tasting much differently then it did when we went there. It had no season or over all great taste. I don't want to have to put sauce on my burrito just to make it taste good. Food was smaller in size that I remember also. It's a shame it cost more money too."

However, the customer service here noticeably lacked the warmth and efficiency I've encountered in Texas. The staff, while not unfriendly, seemed disengaged, contributing to a less welcoming atmosphere. This was particularly evident in the stark contrast between the bustling drive-thru and the nearly empty interior. A significant drawback was the waiting time for food. Unlike the swift service I've grown accustomed to, there was a noticeable delay in order preparation, which dampened the overall experience. This was surprising given the low volume of in-house diners. In summary, while the allure of a new establishment is undeniable, this particular Del Taco falls short in the realms of customer service and efficiency. It's a decent spot for those not in a rush, but for now, it doesn't quite live up to the standards set by its counterparts in Texas."

"I ordered the 2 for 4 chicken quesadilla tacos and a tostada. The service was decent, not a long wait but the food was not good at all! I’ve never had this experience when visiting a del taco. The tostada tasted like it was fried in old grease but I managed to eat it. The tacos smelt sour, very weird smell. There was no way I could make myself take more than two bites it was difficult to swallow the first bite. Complete waste of money, sadly. This has discouraged me from visiting this specific location again. Unfortunately, it was my first and last time patronizing which is sad because it is the closest Del Taco to my home. It gets a one star because the service was speedy."

"Opening day was great the customer service was impeccable, Fast forward not so great I waited 30 in the lobby to place and receive my order. I believe it was longer than that. The young lady at the counter was an absolute sweet heart, and this other young lady had a twisted scarf absolute team players. However, my order up was incorrect, tried calling. called the next day talk to the manager from the tone made it feel as if I wanted something free I just Wanted what I paid for, I asked just to replace what was not eaten. I paid change that I donated 16.14 I WONT be returning."
