"The place looked to be pretty clean.. employees were friendly.. and the food was good. The burgers were put together good and not just threw together."

"Went there for lunch today. Staff are very unfriendly. One kitchen worker who was on his lunch eating in the dining area, he was on the phone to his wife or girlfriend talking very loud, arguing with her about his sweaty clothes and shower habits, and cussing. The conversation went on for about 15 minutes until he finished eating and went outside to continue the argument. There were children in there. Food was good and place was clean otherwise."

"I love Wendy’s and I have for years. This location has been notorious for having issues with attitude and food prep, though. Either my order isn’t made correctly, or the workers have so much sass and attitude that I just feel like a nuisance for ordering. It hurts because I genuinely love their food but the experience is obviously gonna be soured when the workers are rude and the food isnt even made right 2/3s of the time; at that point I’ll just go to another Wendy’s! If I don’t understand something and ask questions, they snap at me or get a higher-up on the phone who also gets rude with me. And if I need to finish a payement with cash/card, they roll their eyes or sigh at me (happened to me multiple times with different people, other than the same girl twice). This hasn’t happened every time, but it did today and I’ve had it honestly. It just sucks man. On a positive note, the service is quick. This definitely clashes with my point about poor food prep, but I can confidently say that I’ve had my quick Wendy’s runs after work and gotten my food within 7-10 minutes. So, at that point it’s definitely subjective if it’s good or not. This Wendy’s is definitely fast food lol, but I can’t confidently say that it’s very desirable unless you want a quick bite of your standard fries/nuggets. Will definitely be going to another location from now on. I reccomend walking in for a better experience to be honest. The drive-thru workers have always been snippy though, and it’s just been an unpleasant experience for the past 8 years that I’ve lived on Prominence Pkwy."

"I just went ordered bacon pub fries, and the sauce I received on my fries is DEFINITELY NOT the sauce they normally have on them. This sauce looks and tastes like old sour cream. It’s not the same color or consistency of the normal sauce they use. This is discusting!!!!"
