"A little while ago CFA changed their app and I was no longer able to indicate that my son had food allergies so that precautions could be taken. I was pretty sad about the change, but I'll say that Jenna and Ben saved the day. We now have to call when when place orders, but they are both very familiar with us and know immediately what my son's order is and they take precautions when making it. I'm grateful for CFA, but I'm most grateful for the graciousness of Jenna and Ben. They are always patient, kind, and willing to go above and beyond. To the owner, people can make or break a dining experience for us, but these two embody everything that CFA stands for and represent the brand well."

"We eat here every Monday before my daughter's gymnastics and every time there is a new batch of employees being trained by the manager in the dining area. It's honestly getting pretty irritating to see and listen to week after week. I probably know more about Chick Fila A employee standards than most of the kids working there by now. It would be nice if they'd find a place away from customers to train new employees... Especially ones that will likely only last a few days. That spicy chicken sandwich is pretty fire though."

"09/20/23: Still fight for pickles. 03/16/2023: 7PM: I had to Fight with the Pickle Police tonight. We Ordered Extra Extra Pickles. Got one pickle. Went back to the great front end staff, showed them the sandwich while my greasy Waffle Fries were getting cold, Again. Front end sent back to the line and asked for Extra Pickles. Someone handed a condiment cup through, girl never looked, handed it to me, One Pickle. Are you kidding? A friend of mine and manager came by from drive window, saw, stepped through the doors and told them to get me Extra Pickles and she had to go. The girls went to the hand through for another condiment cup with, You guessed it, One pickle. Picture below. Pissed, Yes I am! Tired of it, Done with it. I have 5.8 Million Views on my Google Drive account and will be adding this review and pictures of the Sandwich, Three wax paper thin pickles and two Very Small wax paper thin tomatoes tonight. Wax paper thin and increased prices on what has always been the most expensive FF in any town is now the norm. Order just under $12.00. Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Regular Bun, No lettuce, No salt on fries, Diet Coke. Of course the Waffle Fries were Dead Cold by the time I finished begging for my two Extra Pickles. This line cook or Manager at Store number 01146 has been there a good while because this is a constant issue for many people. This person needs to go or the franchise owner needs a fine. The front end staff and my friend were, as usual, Great. Tonight my wife said: From now on we eat no more cold fries. We tell them extra extra pickles. When the sandwiches arrive with one pickle and No requested Extra Pickles we Will ask them to make our entire order over again or give a refund. It is the only way to get our correct order and eat it ALL hot. Enough people start demanding them to replace the entire order over this, it will add up financially. The pickle police are not smart enough to understand the cost of Extra pickles verses the meal. CFA doesn't think we notice the wax paper thin pickles, tomatoes or smaller pieces of chicken. Fascist Corporate Greed, Power, Money. When we know we will be running errands and will get hungry we put Ken's Honey Mustard in the cooler we keep in the car. Why? Ken's does NOT use HFCS. Every sauce and ketchup at CFA is flavored HFCS. Hardee's and Whataburger both have better, larger grilled chicken sandwich for less $$$. And the Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad at Whataburger is More, Bigger, Better, Less Expensive! RT. 01/30/2023: Fortunately for the customers Jenna is still there and Great as usual. As for the Corporation, Culver's for Example has separate containers for tossing Plastics and paper and food. I would like to know the recycling program followed by Chick FIL A Corporate and Demanded of their Franchise Owners. It would also be nice to know that their meats are Free of Antibiotics, Steroids, Hormones. Chick FIL A, Are they?"

"I tired the new honey Pimento chicken sandwich with a spicy filet and I am obsessed!!! The sweet and savory combination was prefect!"

"Today we had a couple salads, Southwest and Garden. Totally delicious, our kids had nuggets and fries. The crew was attentive and welcoming, they even approached our table and offer to get refills for us. Over all a great experience today. Bathrooms were very clean and we'll stocked. The kids playground was also clean a bit small but overall good for a toddler or small child to spend some good time while you enjoy your food. Definitely recommend this location. Thumbs up!"
