"Did a mobile order. I ordered ahead of time. So, why wasnt apple pies dropped?. Shows that they didnt pay attention. They knew ahead of time to drop apple pies. So many employees on the clock why they still lacked?"
"I live close so I go here a lot. The customer service here is horrible most of the time. You can go to the counter and try to ask a question but they literally ignore you. So, it is best to use the drive thru as they focus more on the window than the actual counter."
"The app was not working at all for curbside pickup, so I had to go in. The manager was ok at first, with her attempts to help me with the app. She just kept saying “it always does that when people get here” When I finally received my food and made it back home, my qpc was completely raw inside. When I went back to the store, all the manager said was “ the grill wasn’t calibrated right” no sorry about that or nothing. She seemed annoyed. I go here all the time and I will probably stop now considering I don’t want to get sick and the nasty attitude from the manager when I came back."
