"Every time I go here the service is slow, and the ordering process is tedious. This is the also 2rd time i’ve gone and something I ordered wasn’t wrapped properly and just floating around in the bag. Not coming anymore, absolutely insane. Not to mention the food always tastes old."

"Waited 15 minutes after ordering from drive thru & told to pull forward, they'd be right out, um hum..... We ordered 3 ckn soft tacos, 2 crunchy tacos & pinto/cheese. What we got was 2 soft tacos (1 ckn, 1 beef), a pinto cheese and NO CRUNCHY TACOS.... It is worth mentioning that there was 1 person inside with NO line at the drive thru & still we had to wait for a VERY incorrect order!!!!!!! Poorly done Taco Bell I'd have given no stars if possible. Makes sense that you are only rated at 2.7, I should've checked your scores before even pulling in your lot."
