"At this location I’ve now experienced twice now, going there in the drive thru, being the ONLY car there. And the wait for my food was 20min. If this is suppose to be fast food, what is the deal? You clearly need more help in there. I don’t want to go back only because that wait is crazy for some tenders…"
"This location opened at 10:30 am and by the time I arrived at 11:00 am; they were already serving cold chicken that is not crispy…as well as fries that are not fresh. I ordered extra sauce, that was not given to me. Seems like they should be able to focus on order details seeing as there were no customers inside or in the drive thru line. What are y’all doing in there? Where is management? I’ll never go again. No one else should either."
"You should put on your hours on here and the hours on the door, that they close the lobby at 8pm at this location. Showed up at 7:45pm and was told we can't eat in because they close the lobby at 8pm but the door says 8:30pm Monday-Thursday and 9pm Friday-Saturday."
"This was our first time at Guthrie's. We enjoyed it! Great tasting chicken strips and fries. They only do strips and are good at it. My son is the chicken strip connoisseur and rates these right below Culver's for the number 2 spot. We did the family meal, and there was plenty for the 4 of us. Clean, with friendly service, fresh cooked food so it took a few minutes to get it but worth the wait."
"I had an appointment nearby and was craving chicken tenders. I arrived to Guthrie’s at 10:34a; just after they opened. The service I received was pleasant + professional. My food was fresh, hot + delicious! It hit the stop on my long drive back to the city! I would absolutely visit again."
