"Tried calling for pick up, no one picked up so I ordered online. Went to pick up and the girl up front asked for my order and she said it’s not ready yet and just walked off for 10 mins. I asked the host to check me out while I wait for my order and of course my order wasn’t on the system. He then called manager just to tell me I wasn’t on there when the online order had told me it was a 20 minute wait. Doesn’t make sense. He didn’t offer to make it right only because I was walking away. I work in food industry and was super disappointed with my experience. Not to mention they were answering calls for orders but couldn’t take mine?"
"Our servers name was Cal and he was honestly one of the worst and rudest servers I’ve ever had. He took our order and saw our drinks were empty but yet he never refilled them. Once our food was brought out we had to say hey can we get a refill, which he saw multiple times and just wouldn’t do it. Rude with us asking for a side of ranch, rude with getting us change. Could go on and on about how rude he was BUT the food was absolutely great! Will 100% be back and hopefully not served by him!"
"This Taco Mac always has the best servers. Jenna served us today. My wife loves the southwestern shrimp salad. We have had the Philly cheesesteak rolls, nachos all the way, jumbo dog, fried pickles, Philly cheesesteak and grilled chicken plate. All have been wonderful."
"I love to eat at Taco Mac, the food and atmosphere is always great. I stopped in at the Canton location today to grab some wings, classic Buffalo as usual with some tater tots hit the spot. Isabella was my waitress, she was great. Definitely go check this location out, tell them Eric Berry your Georgia Realtor sent you!"
"It was okay. We started off with the eggrolls, wings and cheese dip which was really good. The eggrolls were the star. The wings were okay. We ordered chicken nachos and the chips came on the side, which I LOVED because I hate soggy chips but there was almost no meat in the cheese bowl on the side. It was all cheese, I had to return my food. I would come again, just order something different. The burger was great and the wings and pretzel bites were really good. We will come back. Great customer service."
