"My first time ordering and eating at this location, and it went well. The cashier understood and repeated the order clearly and got it right on the first try. We sat down for literally 2 mins and our food was already at our table. Moreover, the food is fresh and delicious no complaints from me or my wife. Lastly, thankyou Sky(cashier) for this wonderful experience!"
"Ordered a 12 piece nugget meal and when I opened up the chicken nuggets, I found a bunch of hair when I called the store to speak to a manager named Tanner. He didn’t even apologize, but suggested that I can just come back at my earliest convenience to get a free meal Horrible customer service. This is not the Chick-fil-A that I grew up loving."
"This location just shows an overall lack of interest in doing things like the rest of the company. I have been to this location about 15 times since they opened. Without fail, they screw up something. You can’t order a half/half tea here, they’ll make it a half lemonade/half tea. If you want all your salad toppings, you better ask. They are batting 1,000 on forgetting those too. They look at you crazy when you tell them they messed it up. The old Hiram location was the worst Chick-fil-A in the network and this one continues to be."
"what type of portioning is this. LOL, do better. they seem to stuff the boxes with any sauces you get so it looks full until you take all the sauces out."
