"I’ve been to this Hiram several times every time I go there they mess up my order today is January 8. I was there about 715 had to drive back because my order was not correct at all and I live about 16 minutes away. By the time I return home and started picking up my food and came across something and my walnut shrimp Cat, and identify what it is black definitely know it’s a bug took a picture of it and zoomed in"

"Update 12/6/23- received another cabbage bowl today for lunch. This time it was so much I had to throw away over half of my bowl. Now I don’t mind cabbage in my chow mein but when there’s more cabbage than chow mein there’s a problem. I didn’t pay for cabbage. I paid for chow mein. Way too heavy on the cabbage for the chow mein noodles. Good lord! It should be called the Cabbage Bowl with your choice of toppings!! Now I did eat a good bit of the cabbage. But it was just too much."

"So I stopped coming here for a long time because everytime I did for dinner they never had anything ready or would say oh it's going to be like a 20 minute wait no matter what I asked for even though it was an hour to 1.5 hours before closing. It was every time. Well this am my husband really wanted Panda so I was like I guess. So I get there and the am shift is completely different from the PM. Very nice, not rushing you and the food was delicious. I think the girls name that helped me was Angel if I read her name badge correctly. Not sure they I will go back in the night time to get family meals but might go in the early part of the day when wanting some for lunch."

"Great food. There is one drawback if you are ordering via website or app you cannot pick on the drive thru. I don’t understand this concept. After waiting in line for 30 minutes and I have been informed I have to go inside and pick up? Come on please do better. There is a reason we don’t come in. We have manage 2 little kids inside the car to get the food in parallel. Also in the app there is no indication that I have to go inside and pick up. As a business please put up some sign around drive through that I have to go and pick up. All your customers will appreciated it"

"Cautious staff but they are usually out of many items. When you arrive at the drive through, just ask what they have available. It will speed things up. Also, check before you pull off. Since they do not manage food flow well, they are bad about shorting the customer. So if you select a meat entree that includes vegetables, you may find you only have vegetables (no joke that has literally happened). But when they have food, it’s great!"
