"They were out of almost every drink but they old had Fanta and ginger ale I ordered "Fanta orange please" didn't say anything but when I pulled up they gave me Fanta strawberry "Hey I asked for Fanta orange" "sorry we're out" "well could I please have some gingerale instead please I can't have that I'm allergic to red dye" I didn't think about it much but she proceeded to just dump out the other cup and put in some gingerale it wasn't until too late that I realized what she did not only did it taste terrible it ended up giving me allergic reaction thankfully I'm not deathly allergic but she didn't know that! And on top of all that they skipped me on fires and shortchanged me!"

"I usually don't eat fast food burgers I went to Wendy's. I thought it would be the best choice over the other fast food burgers. Wendy's on jimmy lee smith parkway Not good at all. I think the vegetables that they put on my burger were wet because the bread just sogged up. I would not suggest going here, but you can do what you want. I'll never go back."

"Good to be Wendy's I guess, old restaurant, drive thru was super slow, staff was more into chatting with customer who were their friends and didn't care much about their slow service. Still food was good."

"We pull up through the drive-thru window around 11:25pm, thirty-five minutes before closing. We’re told that they’re only accepting mobile orders and DoorDash orders - we ask if we can pull to the side and make a mobile order quickly and he goes quiet for about fifteen seconds before stuttering out a “no”, claiming they were understaffed meanwhile there was only one other car in the drive-thru, and three people working. We were on a long trip and wanted to get some food from one of the last places open for the night. Very disappointed"

"This Wendy’s is garbage. I told myself I wouldn’t go back to this one after they told me at 10:10am that they “aren’t going to take orders for 20min until lunch starts.” But I figured enough time had passed and maybe that is how they handle it. Showing up this morning at 8:30, the service was definitely better, but they really smiled in my face as they handed me a flat soda and inedible food!! Sausage on my Breakfast Baconator was burnt, and I couldn’t tell you what the rubbery brown bits were—they were the consistency of rubber!! I got not 1 but 2 of these disgusting excuses for sandwiches! Now I wish they’d have just told me upfront that they were going to give me nonsense for nearly $30 or just not serve me breakfast at all! Will not be back. I’ll drive the extra 10min to go to a neighboring store."
