"We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. The entire place was extremely clean & tidy. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and when we received our order, it was correct. The employees were friendly and genuinely seemed like they cared. Most fast-food places these days appear not to care about the customer or the condition of the restaurant, so it was very enjoyable to have a positive experience. Great job all around!"
"Came to pick up a door dash at 3:02am. Had to go thru drive in and was told before I could speak that they were closed. I told her we had a door dash and she said someone already tried to come get it and we never got the order. Plus we are closed. Didn't ask the person's name on the order. Did the other person come in before they closed at 3? Probably no one else even came and they just didn't want to make the order so close to close. Not very professional, but it is just Taco Bell so what can you really expect."
"Their late night crew is incredible. Always really friendly, patient and honest. I work at a qsr as a manager and there aren’t a lot of places open on my way home. I am happy that out of all the times I have come I can’t remember a time they got my order wrong. They consistently make my nights better. Thanks so much!"
"Update: still way off their game. Forgets part of your order each and every time. (Gives you cheese, no chips AND vice versa) Even forgets parts of the order they do give you....like cheese and lettuce. I'm so tired of spending my entire lunch break in line multiple times."
