Wendy's

"We waited for almost 15 minutes for our food to arrive at the window. I open the fries up and they were ice cold. I didn't open up the hamburgers but I should have because when we got them home they were cold the cheese wasn't melting on them. They were sloppy and so cold. Needless to say will not be shopping at this Wendy's anytime in the future. Bad all around"

"This place this some new management or just close down and put a restaurant that wants to strive. Seems like they past 4/5 time I've come here they're always rebooting system or cash only. Lobby is usually closed so drive thru only and that usually take 15 plus minutes with minimum cars. The one time I was able to eat inside was in a morning food was great the other 4 times can't review food since I left without some. Love Wendy's it's just this location that lacks."

"Needed something quick to eat. They had a line at the drive through but didn't wait to long. Ordered our food, we wanted a vanilla frosty but they didn't have it so we decided to try the pumpkin spice frosty and it was good. Our order was correct."

"Not sure what's happened to this place in the last 3 months but I've had to check my bag each time that I leave to get my order correctly today I ordered the usual I checked the bag and there was missing items I didn't even bother with telling them I just left I shouldn't have to not only check my bag but go in to make it right. I ordered the ghost pepper fries and what they gave me was a small fry and a packet of ranch sauce that has pepper type stuff in it. That was clearly not what the billboard outside on the menu showed ghost fries to be but I just left it alone and left. I gave 2 stars because at least they got my drink right."

"Got to menu board this morning around 10:25. The menu board still showing breakfast, but then told they only have selected things, and when I said I'm okay taking lunch then, I was told they didn't think they could ring up lunch yet. So I ordered the baconator breakfast sandwich and took fries since they didn't have the "potatoe wedges." Did not even get the right sandwich. Have no clue what ot is they gave me. Some kinda chicken with 2 small pieces of bacon and some sort of sugary sauce. I had to be at work, or I would have gone back. Also, customer service here sucks! I'm a regular at this wendys, and all these young ppl seem to hate working, or at least that's how they come off. Very unfriendly & kinda hateful. A thank you or have a nice day goes a long way with people like dang."
