"Always greeting with smiles, kind service, super clean place, food tastes fresh, and delicious, you can tell they care when they cook the food, hamburger's ingredients are neatly staked not thrown in the box like other places, heck even the chicken strips are all aligned. "Does not honor coupons or deals. Has their own prices $8 for $7 its $7 everywhere else i go. No Manager on duty only a shift lead who can't help you. I will go to hiram location before I go to this DQ again."

"I ordered an ice cream sheet cake on Friday to be picked up on Saturday by another party. When I entered the restaurant and was asked what I wanted, I told them a sheet cake for a birthday. Then I was asked if I wanted the one already made up in the freezer and I said no I wanted one made up the next morning. Then a man (I assumed to be the manager) came over to take my order. He again asked if I wanted the one that they already had made up and I said no I wanted a fresh one to be picked up the next day around 2:30 pm by another person. He asked what I wanted on it and I told him the three names that I wanted on it in different colors and he could choose. I paid $42.79 and was given a receipt which I gave to my friend that was to pick it up. When she went by to pick it up Saturday afternoon it wasn’t ready and they didn’t even know the names that I wanted. I received a call to see what names and to my surprise when my friend returned with the cake, it was the one that had been made up the day before and the names were written in Green, BLACK, and WHITE on the WHITE background which looked awful and really just made the BIRTHDAY CAKE look nothing like a celebration and you couldn’t even read one of the names as it was white on white! The name written in BLACK was in all capital letters and right in the center of the cake which really stood out. I was very disappointed and will NEVER go back to this Dairy Queen. All they wanted was my money and to get rid of the cake they had already made up. The man that took my order wasn’t very friendly and acted like he was trying to get rid of me. That’s not the way to get or keep customers! Very POOR service. I wish I had made a photo of the hideous cake but failed to as everyone was ready to eat it when it arrived as they had to wait on its arrival."

"UNBELIEVABLE!!! Where do I begin? I ordered a blizzard cake 4 days in advanced asked for a simple sunset scene on it. I called to confirm 2 days before I needed to pick it up. On the way to pick up the cake, I decided to call to confirm that it was ready. I was told that they had prepared it but now they could not find the blizzard cake. I was told that it must have been sold, even though it had my daughter’s name on it, and that this was funny. They did manage to make another cake, the same day, however there was no sunset. I have no words to describe how it was decorated. Just see the picture that is attached."
