"This is the third time they messed up my order. This time they forgot the drinks and the sauce. I didn't make a big deal the first few times. We all make mistakes but after Spending $98 i expect to get what i order."

"I will start off by saying that I do love Chick-fil-A. This particular store is a victim of its own success. It is consistently busy. The drive-thru line, as mentioned by others, is often wrapped around the store. This, unfortunately, blocks about half of the available parking spaces. So plan accordingly. Also, I am really disappointed how their ice cream cups have changed. L used to get a decent sized serving that was packed into a Styrofoam cup. But now it is a much, much smaller paper cup that only has a couple of swirls and is mostly air. When I asked the girl about the serious lack of product, she told me that is how they are supposed to do it. So, bummer. Oh well, another victim of the economy, I suppose."

"This Chick-fil-A is literally filled with incompetent people. They threw away my food on carry out because breakfast was over. Andy Duncan is a terrible owner that doesn't do anything for his community. He hires stupid middle-aged women that don't know what the they're doing. Do not go to this chick fil a."

"I have always been a fan of CFA curbside due to the marketing that it is quicker and accurate. That has not been the case in the past several months. The past two times I have been to CFA the curbside has been slow and inaccurate. I have been given a completely different meal and drink but did not know till I was home. This morning was my third time to use curbside in the past few weeks. I used curbside to get a chicken mini and a large Dr. Pepper. I did not think it would take me over 10 minutes! The app told me the employee would be out shortly but as a few minutes went by from the update, I waited and proceeded to watch customers walk in and out of dine-in and cars taking orders and getting their food instantly. I procceded to walk in and address that I had been waiting at curbside for my food. The lead in grey procceded to ask the only TWO employees up front where the food was and my food was sitting on the counter waiting to be taken out. The lead in grey apologizes for the inconvenience but in my opinion, one time is a mistake and the third time its a problem that needs to be addressed."

"Seems to be going downhill in terms of order correctness. Have had two orders in the last month where items were missing from the drive-through bags. That's just poor attention to detail and at already high prices for simple sandwiches ($10-$13 for meals now) it's not acceptable. To make things worse when advising CFA customer service I get a free sandwich or something, with a QR code that when presented to the drive-through employees "can't get it to work". Uh huh."
