"I didn’t even get either of their names because how good of a conversation we were all having, but the man server and women cook that works overnight were absolutely the best I’ve had in a very long time. "So as a former employee this store has most definitely upset me. I came in at 12:05 and waited at the high bar, someone came in after and ordered before me. Not a big deal if I didn’t understand how this should work but if I didn’t I would be upset. Either way it took to long to get a replay from employees. Whether or not I was ready of course is always on me. But even then feel as if before you take another customer at least ask if I am ready. It always could be my fault so I understand but working for wh for a while so I wouldn’t just walk off or make a customer feel as if they were not seen."

"It's cute inside, never seen one like this. But I nearly left. I'm perfectly patient with how busy you might or might not be - until you ignore me for someone who you just watched walk in and sit down well after me. I don't care if he's a regular. How dare you get his silverware and take his order before me!? Had she done anything but come to me next I was out the door. Hot food is hard to find at 5:30 am. But let's be real, if the food is edible, no one expects amazing service overnight at a waffle house. But don't worry, she also got my order wrong after the person who came in after me got their order right and first - yay!!"

"Awesome experience this afternoon. I arrived after the rush so there wasn't any wait time. Waitress was fast and made sure everything was good. Cook had my order ready in less than five minutes."

"If I didn't have to give it a star, I wouldn't. There was an entire section of tables that hadn't been bussed, and the staff had a table blocking off that section. We were in town for an event and asked the staff if we could bus the tables for them, because we had a large number of people coming. We were told no, because they didn't want the traffic. We waited until others left and a few of us sat down at the bar, but the staff refused to acknowledge any of us. The cook just kept slamming the food down on the plates and slamming then to the side. The waitresses were huddled at the end of the bar, still ignoring us. The 10 of us got up and left, just in time to tell the other group of ours that were walking in, not to eat here because they'd just be ignored. We went to a different location and received 5 star service, and that location was slammed all night due to the football game, yet they never complained. I'll definitely never come back to this location, not as long as the same staff we had works there!!! You lost A LOT of money that weekend, because we all went back to the other waffle house several more times."
