"Jodi was awesome and hospitable. I had take out. The chicken jerk pasta was good and usually made fresh but it was a special and the noodles were a little mushy but the flavor was great. Jerk chicken was good and cabbage was great. I didn’t care for plantains. I give 4 stars. I forgot to ask for beef patty and the festival took 15 mins, so I didn’t want to wait for fried dough. But I respect they make it fresh! The prices were excellent as well. 3 piece chicken, rice, cabbage, and 2 plantains for small dinner 9.99."

"The owner was running the store on a Friday afternoon, looked to be by herself. She was amazing and very friendly. We got the goat dinner, brown stew chicken lunch, Pattie’s and coco bread. It was all amazing!! The Mac and cheese wasn’t to my liking but it was still good. The beef patty’s were the star of the show, so so good with the coco bread. My husband complained of hair on the goat. I have zero complaints, I will definitely be back for the pasta!"

"was in town during holidays. stopped by before closing. ordered oxtails and stew chicken. it came w rice and peas (red beans) cabbage and plantains. The portion size was good. The oxtails were overcooked tough and dried out. It was as if they cooked them at 8 AM in the morning and left them on the heat until 8 PM at night. there was too much seasoning and sauce on the rice and beans. at other places, the rice is usually a pink tint. here, it was dark brown and soaked in dark sauce. not good. It was not worth the $40. friendly staff. loud music iverhead. dirty and trashy outside store front."

"First time eating here. Googled locations close to my son’s house in Dallas, GA. Sauce was a very thick BBQ tasting on the oxtails. Rice tasted pasty. The cabbage was okay, and the plantains had a cardboard consistency and tasted like they had sat all morning. Not a great meal for over $23 (tax). Ugh!! Not Jamaican flavored at Al."

"I felt like some tender oxtails. I live in the middle of nowhere and didn’t feel like driving to Marietta for sub par oxtails. I decided to give this place a try. Man! O Man! I’m glad i did. You know it’s good when the outside look right! I had the oxtail plate. The plate comes with plantains cabbage rice and peas with oxtails. I added a spicy beef patty. The sides were good. The star of the dish were the oxtails. They were big and tender plenty of meat to rice and pea ratio. I will return I am a very happy customer"
