"Always understaffed. Manager walks by when there is a line and doesn’t help customers. Came in for steak and chicken. Had neither ready and manager had an attitude and told me it would be 10 minutes to cook carne asada. They were also out of peppers and onions and queso. I just left because wait was ridiculous and manager had an aggravated look demeanor. Won’t be back."
"the last 3 times i have been here my bowl has only been 1/4-1/2 of the way full, and the first time i was in person, so i went back in and they remade it the same way that i complained about. i used to get such good portions and such good service here, but the portions have gotten smaller for the same price and the service is mediocre now."

"my food is always pretty good. only issue i have is you guys are always out of something. especially chips & gauc. if you know you stay open until 11pm you should have enough prep done to last you for the day or prep throughout the day to ensure you have product available for customers."
