"Today, 2/6/24, we were charged $23.11 for 10 plain Krystals and 2 large fries. The 10 Krystals were $15.60 the 2 fries were $3.43 ea. $23.11 seems a bit much. Probably won't be going back. The people were very nice"

"They were out of tots, and wanted $4 for a tiny chicken sandwich. We got a good deal on 10 Krystal’s for $9.99 instead. We were charged a $1.22 fee for non-cash. No warning. Then jt took forever for them to make our order. We will not return."
