Ruby Tuesday

"We was there at about 1:30PM on a Tuesday. Servers seemed very tired, possibly understaffed. I ordered the Cajun Chicken with salad bar. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The Cajun Chicken was inedible. I didn't intend to complain, just moved it to the side and ate the pasta. The Server saw it and went back for another piece. It was no better. Just bad chicken that shouldn't have been served. The Cajun Chicken was marked "NEW" on the menu. I hope that it is mercifully and humanely removed! My wife's sandwich was fine."

"My husband and I just picked up wings, a chicken tender and Spinish sampler tray, fries and hot chocolate for my Birthday. The food was awesome. The wings were perfect, we got two different kinds, everything was hot, cooked fresh and seasoned perfectly. I am too full to try my strawberry cheesecake And ice cream but it looks wonderful. The restaurant was clean, the service excellent, I asked a lot of questions about what I wanted and they did not fail to deliver in every category. The atmosphere was nice as well. This is our second time having their wings, just as good as the first time. They have been constant in great service with what we have ordered. We will definitely be going back for sure. You were wonderful, I just had knee surgery, thanks for making my Birthday today special. It made a great party while in bed resting."

"We were very nicely greeted when we came in today. The host was so nice and had a great personality. Made us feel very welcomed. Our waitress was Jada. We were a party of 7 and she was very attentive and polite. Always kept our drinks filled. We had an issue with a steak, she quickly got it fixed for us. I'd absolutely go back and would love for her to be our waitress again. Thank you for the customer service you gave Jada!"

"We were told to wait in a half empty restaurant. After 30 minutes of watching others be seated, I confronted the host and was told we had been forgotten. The ribeye was only quarter inch thick and overcooked despite ordering instructions. After waiting on a replacement steak for 30 minutes, we just left. The manager was passive and unresponsive (simply put, useless). The host was absent minded and appeared on drugs. Our waiter lost the order, seemed nice, but ultimately, I think he was just retaliating for coworkers or instructed by his manager. My goal is to provide as many negative reviews as possible including the Better Business Bureau. PS: Don't believe Ruby Tuesdays response below. I have contacted them several times since June 2023 without any answer. They do no want to make anything right. They've sent several emails requesting a phone number and never contact me or fulfill previousagreements."
