Gravy Boat

"I've been going to gravy boat for year but after what I saw today I will not eat there any more because it is unsanitary. As I was waiting for my food I witnessed the person prepping the food touch multiple unclean surfaces, handle money, go out side, and lay his arms on top of the drink cooler in the building. I saw him take a mans order at the window open the register and then count out money before pulling out biscuits and crushing them with his dirty gloved hands to give to that same man. The gloves were apparently just for show as he never changed them after going outside or counting money. If there's a tall brown haired man in there preparing the food I wouldn't trust it. Unfortunately the lack of care for hygiene is the line for me and I will not go to this establishment again"

"Biscuits just not as good as they used to be. The first half of this review was a actually about a year old . This second half is for a visit there today which I have to say is the poorest service I'd ever had anywhere. I spent 30 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me and when I get up to the window they acted like I was even there until I literally had to call one of them to the window at which point they didn't even have my order typed up to be prepared and then told me they didn't have any tenderloin. Didn't even offer any type of hey I'll give you this for your trouble. I've been eating at the gravy boat since I was 24 and it used to be great but I have never seen such ineptness before in my life. I will never eat there again because I'm not wasting 30 minutes of my day at a drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me only to be told they can't complete my order when I get to the pay window. I don't see how they'll stay in business. Maybe if it changes hands it might survive"

"I love going to places like this. A little hole in the wall place, not the least bit fancy. But the food was good and the price was great. I got the Gravy Boat with sausage. It came with a Biscuit, eggs, sausage patty and a cup of gravy of course. First of all, the biscuit was the star of the show. I would return just to buy the biscuits. The sausage patty was a bit over cooked but I'm fine with that. The gravy was pretty good, had a nice mellow taste not too over bearing with a lot of sausage like other places. It's not a place to sit down there is no inside seating you have to take your food to go. But this place is not over priced. Good food at a great price. I would definitely come back and I recommend this place."

"I order me a tenderloin biscuit dipped in gravy and i was eating a piece and i felt a long piece of string my mouth and i took the long piece out of my mouth and seen it was a brown piece of hair, so i recommend whoever is reading is, check your food and don’t buy from here especially in the morning I want my money back or i’m going to call cooperate"

"Lady was nice. Prices online are wrong. Prices on menu board are wrong. Upcharge to pay with card. Everything is covered in butter. If you love butter flavored food you will love it. If you use butter to enhance flavor you will not. They even mix the cheese in butter as you can see in photo."
