"Went there 11/24/23 around 7 and had three cars in front of us in drive thru and was told had no ice and drinks were hot and the food was cold bread hard the fries were alittle hot but why was our food cold and bread hard the place had gone down hill"
"The blonde girl in the red tonight was absolutely rude! Told me they were closed I left went to Kroger and on my way back I noticed they had a line and people at the window so I drove back thinkin they had just closed due to an emergency or something but when I got to the window and asked when they close the lady at the window told me 12 and I asked why she told me they were closed like 25 minutes before and she told me they just had “a lot going on”."
"man i don’t never ever do this unless i feel i have to. and i’m surprised this place still up and running. but for y’all to not have NO CARS at all in the driveway and still take 10min to ask for my order is WILD. and this ain’t the first time. i like krystal but only in west rome. everytime i done tried stopping here, quality was either trash or the service was slow. just ruining the name. hang it up."
"Asked for grilled onions and was told they don’t have grilled onions they only have raw and then I order a number 1 and it was wrong up like this not sure why and the manager didn’t know why either I get the extra charge for the icee but you charge regular price of an item for an up grade smh"
