"Went for my birthday on 1.23.24 and Emily was amazing as our server. She was on point with everything and the food was amazing. We both had steaks that were cooked to perfection, bread was fresh with real butter, apps were hot and tasty. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you longhorns."

"We were served molded bread and given several different attempts at explanations. Mistakes happen and even after they were told my son was allergic to mold they continued to lie. My waitress explained to me that the bread is like that sometimes because the yeast turns blacks when its cooked sometimes. The waitress I stopped said it happens sometimes because of the black pan it is in. I guess because of the look of confusion on my face she said let me get the manager to explain. He took well over 15 mins to come out and then only to serve our entrees. But he walked away. I asked the other young lady who brought the food out with him, "was that the manager? I thought he was coming to talk to me?" She went and got him. He came back and pulled up a chair because I know he didn't want everyone else around us to hear our conversation. He explained its a 7 grain bread. Then I even explained to him that my son was allergic to mold and he continued with the lie. Well the potatoes, wild west shrimp, and my daughter's food was really delicious. My steak was overcooked and my lobster looked as though a piece was missing because someone was careless when opening it up. Despite all I made no argument and accepting my loss. I was always taught to treat people how you want to be treated. So I paid my tab in full and tipped the waitress. But I knew I would get this Google review request so I just let it be. In a place like Longhorns where the customers rarely look like me, I was not going to call more attention to myself or my family to push a narrative that has been pushed since the beginning of time. I understand mistakes happen and simple apology would have sufficed! I wasn't looking for a free meal, I was looking for a good meal and that was far from what I received today!! Along with the service. I would love to add the photo but my daughter took it on her phone and she is at work. But I KNOW WHAT MOLD ON BREAD LOOKS LIKE, COOKED OR NOT!"

"Well no bread no Broccoli and manager said to scale back on sugar for tea so sweet tea has very Lil sweetness over all awful food not cooked to my order which was medium and it's just a 6oz filet but as you see in Pic well done they put all that dressing to cover the stalks. tasteless sweet tater so cold wouldn't even melt the butter nor cinnamon sugar ...the salad had big stalks and no lettuce prices getting more and quality getting less and server admits Manger said descale back on sugar well thay is ripping consumer off when suppose to be sweet tea not only not sweet but cloudy overall just not good longhorn is getting worse wanting more money and less quality ......even the mushroom appetizer was cold and cheese still hard in mushroom long horn needs to step up this is why I don't go to longhorn much the Steak had no flavor and had a big chunk of grizzle"

"I had parmesan crusted chicken with loaded baked potato and my hubby had the cowboy pork chops and mashed potatoes. Our salads were fresh and bread was hot. It was delicious."

"We had a date at the longhorn, we really enjoyed the meal.. it was busy, but not loud ,the flow of customers was good. There was a bar serving beer, wines, and liquor but they mostly served domestic beer. They had a small selection of desserts, I did not eat a dessert on this outing. We saw our waitress three times and had our food delivered from a totally different waitress but all of them had A positive attitude. parking was tight, and I didn’t use one of the restrooms so I’m not sure how those looked."
