"After traveling for 10 plus hours we needed a good hot meal. Longhorn has really never let us down until Thursday night. My wife has an intolerance to onions. Not an allergy, but an intolerance that will make her vomit. She ordered the chopped steak well done without mushrooms or onions. She explained why she couldn’t have onions, and I ordered the Outlaw ribeye medium. Her steak arrived with onions and mushrooms, my steak was so gristly that I could only eat less than half. The waiter was so busy that it took a while for him to bring back her steak and all they did was try to scrape off the onion and mushrooms. They failed. She finally got a properly prepared steak to go and wasn’t charged. I was just too tired after all the travel and the waiter was too busy to check back on us. I just paid the bill, tipped on the original amount and left. My steak was cooked and seasoned correctly. It was just a terrible cut of beef. Not what you expect for the most expensive steak on the menu."
"Went with the family to dinner and were pleasantly surprised to see how quickly and efficiently the food was served. The appetizers, stuffed mushrooms and spinach dip, were delicious! Our server, Brianna, was very friendly and always made sure to refill our drinks. We has one issue with one of the main entrées, too salty, but the manager, Elizabeth, immediately came to our table to apologize and offer to make it herself. Super professional and friendly. It's no wonder the staff is so great. Will definitely come back!"
"I had the nine piece chicken tender dinner with a tossed salad with blue cheese and a loaded baked potato with sweet iced tea. The server was excellent and the food delicious. They have some of the best chicken tenders to be found anywhere. Enough for two meals."

"Food was great, portions are a bit excessive, doesn’t have to be as expensive if these places didn’t give family size portions to one person. Regardless, food and service was great and the whole family enjoyed the food. First time coming to a long horn and I enjoyed it."
