"So yesterday I took my family out to eat for valentine everything was going good till I ask for hot sauce for my food next thing you know our waiter say they will charge extra for hot sauce I was really wow I almost spend. $100 worth of food and you guys still want to charge for hot sauce I was very disappointed of this place next thing you I ask for my check to pay I looked to see what all they charge so our waiter decided to take gratitude for $13 tip with out even asking she did a great job but the restaurant taking money with out your consents it a fraud I was wondering why this place was so empty because of the changes the owner making back in the days this place used to get busy now not even the flys stop by"
"I’m not usually one to complain but the service was bad the women barely came to give us water and chips every now and then. And the part i’m most mad about is they changed my tip! I got charged 16.03 for the meal and tipped a dollar bc the service was bad. Then when the tip got added into it somehow i ended up paying 19.00 even. Which isn’t much but they changed my tip by 3 dollars and that makes me never wanna eat there again."
"Went here today and the waitress was rude since we ordered. They made a mistake on my order and I told them about it and I guess it made her upset that we did not want tomatoes on our nachos and was not very professional about the simple mistake. She even wispered some profanity under her breath when she walked away. I found out that shes a manager to make things worse. That just says everything about them. They will never get my buisness again."
"I come here all the time and I always order the same thing and simply ask for no tomatoes because I'm allergic and until today it was never an issue. The manager gave me a nasty attitude when I placed my order over the phone. I checked my food and found tomatoes in it so I asked for them to fix it and all of a sudden they said there's tomatoes in everything, so I asked for a refund and the manager gave me a hard time about it and asked me to never come back to this restaurant. That manager needs to be retrained in customer service or get a new job if she can't control her attitude."
