"My husband and I ordered a deluxe fish sandwich, mine without cheese and his with. They both came with cheese and they were lukewarm. I ordered the meal deal, which came with fries that were also lukewarm."

"My wife ordered fish sticks but they gave us chicken instead. It took a while to beckon anyone to correct. The guy that gave us the order was in the back and began walking off when we said "Hello ..Excuse me" to try to get his attention. Also, I'm when we checked Google, it said one Arby's location closest to us at the time, served breakfast. This location does not serve breakfast. Honestly I didn't mind but it does lack consistency across the franchises which is a miss IMO."
