"As we walked in laughing the stupid lady behind the counter shushed us like she was our damb mother than I asked for double steamed because I'm FRIKIN PREGNANT and my meat was ice cold. Rude and lousy service today!!!!"

"When I walked in the door there was no greeting or acknowledgement that me and my mother had entered. There was only a couple seated, two workers and the two of us in the room. We walked to the counter to order and waited patiently for someone to acknowledge us, after a few minutes of us discussing and deciding to go somewhere else the employee behind the counter states “there will be a 45 minute wait, I have eight other online orders to fulfill,” my mother then replies “wouldn’t we take priority since we are standing in front of you?” And she blatantly ignored us and continued to make other orders as we walked out. I completely understand the situation but it should’ve been handled better, she could’ve greeted us to begin with and told us there would be a few minutes wait while she made a few of the orders but she acted as if we were invisible and then bothering her."

"Manager was the one that made my order and still got it incorrect bread was barely toasted and I only requested for raw onions but instead I got extra Mayo. I was on the interstate before I noticed. Worste experience at any firehouse hands down.!"

"We had a large steak and cheese and it was more than the two of us could eat. They really packed it full of meat. This was our first time at a Firehouse so we were pleasantly surprised. And the staff were very friendly. They must like their jobs."

"We visited tonight on 11/26 at 8pm I appreciate the kind young gentlemen who provided excellent service to me, my husband, and my brother and sister-in-law. We had such a great meal after traveling for so long. They could have easily been disgruntled at us coming in an hour before closing. Josh took our order and was nothing but smiles and kindness. The whole crew worked so hard on our orders. They were being friendly with the all the customers and provided excellent service. These young men took time away from their friends and family on a holiday to work and I hope the manager/owner of this establishment gives them good praise for their uplifting attitudes. It’s going to make the rest of our travel night so worth it."
