"The food we usually get, used to come with a good amount of filling. Not anymore. They look like half of what used to get (both in weight and thickness on our burritos and crunch wrap supreme) The worst part of it that the prices have more than doubled. I totally understand on price increase as inflation has gone up, but to get less product while paying more is just not worth the trip anymore. It's not just this particular taco bell, pretty much everywhere. So I've topped going there all together. It's cheaper now to get it from an actual Mexican restaurant."
"I was immediately greeted by Olga when I entered the store. She was very friendly and had a sincere demeanor. She told me about a few new items (and some items that are back). I was blown away at her sincerity and eagerness to help a customer. It is often said, “customer service no longer exist today”. I agreed until I met Olga, she was great! Thank you, Olga for a great experience!"
"Very crowded location....could use more staff at lunchtime...but food was good when it finally arrived. They have you pick everything on the kiosk...then don't put it in your order like sauces, etc. They don't say you can get drunk cups before order is ready but think you have already?"
