"I have had bad experiences with this location on multiple occasions. All of my orders are completed on the mobile app. On multiple occasions I have been told that something I ordered is not in stock. When I asked for my money back they referred me to go online for a refund, which is not possible. They will basically refuse to give you your refund stating their manager informed them we suppose to request it online. I eventually got my money back at the store. My most recent experience I was called and informed that they did not have cheese curds and wanted me to substitute it. When you order something it's because you want it. We should not be forced to substitute what we want. I won't be back to this location. They lack professionalism and they always seem to have issues occurring."
"What a great place! We had a "Royal Memorial" party at the Dairy Queen. It was in remembrance of Queen Elizabeth II. The employees were so very kind. The manager was a good sport when we asked him to be the "Dairy King." The food was hot/cold and delicious when it should be! The store was clean."
