"Asked for no Banana Peppers on my Pizza, the order taker put it down and the pizza make saw the order and put it on the box. They still put banana peppers on my pizza, they actually LOADED it with banana peppers. They had attitudes, all of them were on their phone. Probably explains why my order was wrong"

"Papa Jones generally has good quality pizza but can be a bit overpriced or expensive as well. I tried their garlic stuffed crust pizza and it was not much garlic flavor but mainly cheese. I wish it had more garlic sauce in the crust like advertised. I do like their customizable pizza when ordered with extra sauce along with meat and veggie toppings. The papadia is usually good too."

On top of that they tried to blame me for their failure to complete the order when I questioned why it wasn't delivered. Papa Johns and Doordash should be ashamed of yourselves for this partnership. This is the second time this has happened in 2 different states."

"I had to order on the phone since their online system won't allow you to order as a guest, then after that ordeal since the person taking my order was not knowledgeable in the least about their job, I receive this. Tell your drivers to slow the hell down or something. I was literally less than two miles away and he managed to partially destroy my pizzas."
