"Won't be coming back here, pick-up order wasn't ready at time it was supposed to be then found out they left it sitting on the counter (not in the warmer) front desk girl was friendly. The pizza itself was dry and had very little flavor. Think I'm done with pizza hut."
"Used to be good and reliable. Last and final order was 30 minutes late, cold and didn’t deliver 3 dipping sauces or breadsticks. I was billed on my credit card for everything, but got charged for food never received, and what we got was worse than frozen pizza. The rude girl who answered phone hung up on my wife 3 times when we tried to get it straightened out. Never got a refund. Corporate doesn’t care. Sent 3 emails and they won’t respond. Will never do business with this location again. Sad, because I have always been a Pizza Hut lover, but this poorly managed location simply needs to be shut down. Horrible service. Horrible food. Horrible excuses for “employees”. Two BIG thumbs down. Buyer beware!!!"
"This is the most unpredictable pizza. It is either FABULOUS or barely edible. There are no in betweens. My previous order was for a church event and everyone agreed it was ridiculously good. This order was the exact opposite. The extra cheese and sauce was more like I had ordered less cheese and less sauce. The crust wasn't light and slightly crunchy. It tasted like old dough that didn't rise. The bottom of the pizza wasn't brown, yet the top looked like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours. (Maybe it had been microwaved?) We also ordered a pan cookie. I love cookies, but it was extremely dry and tasted like it was left over from last week. It was so bad that we couldn't eat it. I had to throw away a $7 cookie. We ordered large pizzas so we could have leftovers. Needless to say, we did not keep the leftovers. We wasted a lot of money. If you like gambling, sure, order from here. It could be great or you could end up throwing it away. I'm not willing to risk wasting my money again."
"I order from here at least once a month. The Thin n' Crispy pizza is the same from my youth and I love it. They have good pastas for a takeout pizza place. They've gotten a lot smaller portion-wise but it is what it is. My store on Zebulon Rd rarely gets it wrong. New pastas this time, pan pizza, thin pizza, cheese sticks, wings. All consistent and delicious."
