"I recently had an experience with a Pizza Hut located on Bloomfield Rd in Macon, GA, and unfortunately, it was a terrible one. On October 20, 2023, I ordered food for my family and me to be delivered to my house, but I never received it. Despite receiving a "track your order" text message, the driver's location never updated. After calling the store, I was told that my order had been delivered to a house with a ring doorbell, but I didn't have one. The manager promised to remake my order and deliver it to me, but this process took over three hours and multiple phone calls. Throughout the ordeal, the employees demonstrated poor customer service and even laughed when I called to inquire about my food. In the end, I would not recommend this Pizza Hut location to anyone due to the terrible experience I had."
"Ordered there from tonight and it was great!! Food was cooked great and the young lady at the register was so very nice. Even called me once my order was ready! Best experience I've had at a pizza hut in a long time!"
"Received my pizza within 20 mins after ordering and it was actually hot and had my extra cheese. Must be a new manager on deck because past 4-5 months service nor pizza wasn't good. Last nite was GREAT. KEEP EVERYBODY WHO WORKED LAST NITE ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE DELIVERY DRIVER."
"The pizza was good and made as ordered. However, this review is mainly for the awesome customer service given by Mary. First, she gave a courtesy call that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived in store her demeanor was very inviting and polite. She ensured I check the order that it was done to my satisfaction. This may seem small to some but in this day and age great customer service is hard to come by."
