"Bath tub didn’t drain good. Door to room dragged making it hard to open and closing. I won’t be staying there again. This one needs to be remodeled or torn down and replaced."

"It's an older hotel it's just in need of a good make over and some new carpet and she would be back running with the big dogs. But hey look don't take my advice for it get you a room and see for yourself. Do stay here.."

"We stayed there from 9/29/23 to 10/1/23 and we had so many issues with our room. I told rhe front desk several time and I even sent them pictures because they told me they would them to the supervisor. I was told they put notes in the computer and then find out that there wasn't any notes . Then I was told a supervisor would call me and I haven't heard from anyone and it's been a week today. This hotel was gross and our room was never cleaned , our bedding was dirty and our towels in our room were dirty. On 9/30 we asked to change room bit wasn't able to because we were gone all day so we asked if they would fully clean it again and change the sheets . I was told they would. When we returned later that night the room wasn't clean and it was like the same when we checked in still had food on the floor the bedding was dirty , the bathroom wasn't clean. I let them know again and the lady cut me off from talking. The staff was not very nice accept for rhe lady that checked me out on 10/1/23 and she is the one I sent icyures to and she told me her supervisor would call. They didn't offer anything to us and I never got a call from rhe supervisor. I would never stay at this hotel again and I would not recommend people to stay here because the hotel needs to be clean and smell clean. Are room wasn't clean or even smelled clean. So if you are looking at stay here do not because the rooms are gross and not clean. The only thing that was good was the location."

"The lobby looked nice but as soon as we turned down the hall. The carpet was loose and coming up. Our room smelled very strong of mildew and everything felt damp. My nose and eyes started running and stayed that way. The beds were HARD no give at all so we hardly slept. Woke up with a sore back and sore hip from laying on my side. The room was clean but I would never stay here again."

"Horrible experience. I was there for 7 nights. Requested my room be made up everyday and new towels. Once in 7 nights was my request taken care of. The phones are not connected to the wall so you can’t call the desk or other rooms and are told just to use your cell phone. I am sorry it’s faster just to walk down then look it up and hope that the rude staff that could not even get off her private cell phone when asked. The toilet paper holder was broken, the ice maker was broken, the soda machine was broken. Don’t stay here unless you want to get yelled at!"
