"The restaurant was dirty upon arrival . The chicken never has any flavor . It was hot but lottery was bland and had zero seasoning. The nastiest churches chicken ever . The chicken was dry and old"
"Always a 40+ minute wait, and they've never gotten our order right. They forget okra more often than they actually put it in the bag. Same tonight. Missing the okra we ordered with the 16pc tender meal, and the large macaroni and cheese came in 3 half-filled containers. Just weird. Skip Church's for literally anywhere else."
"Food is never ready. Always a wait. I waited in line for 20 minutes last week just to finally get to the window and they inform me it will be another 20 minute wait on the chicken. I went today and they did not have the frosted biscuits ready and another 10 minute wait on the chicken. This is the worst location in Columbus. Just go to Buena Vista road they are way faster."
"So they completely stiffed me on my drinks and sauces and biscuits. I asked for cherry lemonade and didn't get it. I asked for BBQ sauce and ranch, didn't get it. I asked for 3extra biscuits and only got one. Never ordering from here again. If you didn't have these things you could've let the dasher know so I could ask for something else. But this is what you do. Got it."
"I had gotten a three piece all white from the drive thru on Saturday afternoon got home and had three puny wings in the box. Almost twelve dollars for all white so I expect at least one big breast if not two. Called and spoke to manager on duty, he apologized and told me come back in when I could. Returned on Monday and Demeeka apologized and made it right for me and said the supplier was having issues with the wings as far as size but agreed all white should have had breast pieces. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, the biscuit, sides and chicken were fresh and tasted good just had a kitchen worker that dropped the ball but Church's made it right in the end. As long as Church's thighs stay bigger than most competitors breast pieces we'll keep coming back."
